On December 18, Ambassador Huang Xingyuan met with the Honourable Carolyn Seepersad-Bachan, Minister of Public Administration. The two sides reviewed the progress achieved over the years in the cooperation on human resources development and capacity building between China and Trinidad and Tobago, and exchanged views on the areas of future cooperation.

Over the years, there have been more than three hundred participants from Trinidad and Tobago attending various seminars and training programs in China.
