2013-10-14 23:57

On Oct 8, H.E. Mr. Huang Xingyuan, Chinese Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago, visited Queen’s Royal College. He had a talk with the Principal Mr. David Simon and some students from the college.

Mr. David Simon warmly welcomed Ambassador Huang's visit. He said that in this July, those students attended Global Young Leaders' Summit held in China. Those students were very excited while they were talking about their China trip. This time they visited Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. The modernization of Beijing and Shanghai and the beautiful Hangzhou as well as Chinese people's hospitality deeply impressed them.

Ambassador Huang was very happy to see the fruitful results they achieved through their China trip. He stressed that China has made rapid progress since it's carrying on reform and opening up policy. China would not only pay attention to its development, but also to its environmental protection. Ambassador Huang encouraged those students to study harder, learn more about China and make contribution to the friendly exchange between China and Trinidad and Tobago.
