Notice on Cancellation of Online Appointment for China Visa Application

Starting from December 17, 2023, online appointment for China visa application will be no longer required. Applicants can submit their applications directly to the Chinese Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago. The process is as follows:

Step 1: Applicants log on to the website China Online Visa Application (http://cova.mfa.gov.cn), fill in the visa application form online, download and print the full application form, sign on the confirmation page and the last page.

Step 2: Submit the application form and other required documents to the Embassy. Working hours of the Consular Office: 9:00 -12:00 from Tuesday to Friday.

With the new arrangement for visa application, there may be more applicants on-site and longer queue time during peak hours. Applicants are kindly advised to avoid peak hours.
